1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Molarity website and services at molarity.ai ("Molarity", "we", "us"). By using the service or purchasing a report you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Molarity produces market analysis reports for US addresses using publicly available data, including government registries, census data, labor statistics, and business listings. Reports are delivered on screen and as downloadable PDF documents.

3. Informational purpose only

Reports are provided for general informational purposes. They are not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice, and they are not a recommendation to open, acquire, lease, or avoid any location or business. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Public data sources contain errors and lags that are outside our control, and we do not warrant that any figure is error-free.

4. Purchases and refunds

Reports are one-time purchases priced as shown at checkout or on our pricing page. If a report cannot be generated for your address, you receive a full refund. For any other issue, contact support@molarity.ai within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you in good faith, up to and including a refund. Report bundle credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account identified by your email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape or resell data at scale, or violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

You own your purchased reports and may share them freely for your business purposes, including with lenders, partners, and advisors. The Molarity software, brand, report design, and methodology remain our property. You may not resell reports as a service, systematically extract our database, or misrepresent reports as your own product.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molarity's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business decisions made in reliance on a report.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
