1. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your email address (for your account and report delivery), the addresses you submit for analysis, purchase records, and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, never stored by us.

2. What we do with it

We use your information to generate and deliver reports, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We send transactional email about your purchases. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the addresses you analyze with anyone else; the locations you are considering are your business, not a data product.

4. Report data

The market data inside reports comes from public sources (government registries, census and labor statistics, public listings) and describes businesses and areas, not our users.

5. Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to operate: payment processing (Stripe), hosting and content delivery, and transactional email. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions, plus product analytics (including Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not run advertising trackers or sell usage data.

7. Retention and deletion

Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@molarity.ai; we will honor verified requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
